Old Bridge House

Dumfries and Galloway

Cross the 15th century Devorgilla Bridge to the Old Bridge House. Built in 1660 into the the sandstone bridge itself, Dumfries's oldest house is now a museum of everyday life in the town. You will see kitchens as they were in the 1850s and 1900s, an early dentist's surgery and a Victorian nursery.
