Little Treasures: Grampian Toy Museum
Opened in 1996, the Grampian Toy Museum has the largest collection of doll’s houses in Scotland. It is a mainly private collection of 350 doll’s houses and miniature displays, dolls and antique toys. The doll’s houses date from 1865 to the present day.
The Little Treasures shop was opened in 1990 by Emily Innes. It is housed in the converted barn and stocks a wide range of doll’s houses, kits and ready built ones. They also sell second hand doll’s houses but these may need some restoration. You can also buy doll’s house furniture, gifts, wooden toys and crafts.
