From time to time we set up Expert Panels as decision makers associated with specific programmes eg Strategic Change Fund Panel who made decisions on awards from the Strategic Change Fund. The panel was chaired by the SMC Chair Graeme Roberts and included representatives from Learning and Teaching Scotland, National Museums of Scotland and the Scottish Executive.
