We use questionnaires and surveys to establish the views of members and other stakeholders when we are developing national policies or programmes, and when we are reviewing our own internal services. We may conduct the surveys internally, but in order to obtain independent and objective opinions, we will frequently engage independent consultants to conduct the survey.
