In the Corporate Plan 2001 - 2004, SMC committed to evaluate the Strategic Change Fund by December 2003. It had been expected that considerable progress would have been made by this date and that some of the projects would have been completed. As there was a delay in the launch of the programme, no projects will have been completed by that date. However, SMC have decided to go ahead and have an interim evaluation of the Strategic Change Fund.
