Show Scotland 2009

Show Scotland, an annual weekend of creative and inspiring events organised by museums and galleries across the country will next take place over the bank holiday weekend 1 – 4 May 2009.  Visitors to participating venues can look forward to an out of the ordinary museum experience, be it live music or dancing in the museum, a creative workshop, or late night opening with entertainment.

Show Scotland 2009 small grants

We are now inviting applications from Museums Galleries Scotland full members for Show Scotland 2009 grants.  The deadline for applications is 14 November 2008. The maximum award per museum or gallery is £2,000.

Our Show Scotland grants scheme welcomes partnership applications. The lead partner must be eligible under the scheme criteria. Our new partnership guidance and self-assessment tool will alert you to the evidence we need to assess the partnership element of your application.’
