Changes to Curatorial Adviser
There may be occasions when a Curatorial Adviser is required to terminate their role. If there is a change of person acting as Curatorial Adviser it is essential that you inform SMC of this situation. MLA and SMC correspond with the individual cited as Curatorial Adviser on the application (formally proven by a minute of the governing body). Change of Curatorial Adviser will require contact details to be amended to reflect this change. Similarly, any appointment of a different Curatorial Adviser from the original will require a formal minute to be submitted to SMC.
Annual Curatorial Advisers Conference
SMC organise at least one meeting per year for all the Curatorial Advisers in Scotland. This meeting covers areas of topics relevant to Curatorial Advisers in their role advising on the Accreditation and Registration criteria. The dates of these meetings are publicised in SMSee.
