Managing and Developing Museum Organisations

If you are considering setting up a new museum or redeveloping an existing museum, either by making physical changes to premises, by offering additional services, or by changing the make-up of your organisation, Museums Galleries Scotland can offer you a range of help and advice.

One to one advice
The Planning and Partnership Development Manager provides advice on developments to member museums, in particular assisting with community, organisational or project planning and the development of external partnerships.
